Years of
Humanitarian Work
African Relief Committee International (ARCI) traces its origins to 2006, when founder Saifadine Dahab Yassin conceived the idea in response to the growing humanitarian needs across Sudan and neighbouring countries. ARCI was formally registered in Sudan as a National NGO in 2010, and in 2026 achieved a major milestone, becoming formally registered as an International NGO. Today ARCI operates across Sudan, South Sudan, Uganda, Chad, The Gambia, Togo, Cameroon, Ethiopia and Kenya, serving vulnerable communities with dignity, neutrality and professionalism.
We operate transparently to serve communities in need across Africa.
Your contributions support children, families, and communities in crisis.
A stable, resilient, and dignified life for all people affected by conflict, displacement, and poverty in Africa — that is the future we work toward every day.
